We, the undersigned, are residents in the city of Los Santos described in this petition. We understand that, if these area(s) are designated as a legal parking area(s), certain restrictions will need to be placed upon parking within the designated area(s). We understand that:

• Residences will need to agree that all parking be done only in designated area(s) such as: (1) Concrete slab found at the railing side of the pier. (2) Back parking lot located at the front of the pier;
• Residences will need to agree that pier access will never be blocked from emergency services at any given time, path to and from the pier will be kept clear for travel of emergency vehicles, under no condition blocked by any residents;
• Residences will agree that no commercial vehicle shall be brought on to the pier for any reason. Large vehicles such as commercial trucks, and busses will need to be parked in the back parking lot located at the front of the pier;
• Business and Employees of local businesses agree that sales of such things like Taxi services, Taco sales and any other sales related business which requires a vehicle for their service will be limited to one vehicle of that business type at any given time not blocking any road ways during sales.

These changes have a positive outcome as well. Allowing these changes will help bring the local community closer together and will give citizens more time to get to know one another. This will also be a great way for new residents to meet their neighbors and figure out things about the city they may have never known such as but not limited to employment opportunities, city events, activities, and so much more. Providing a safe place for the community to get together on a daily basis will also assist on keeping the crime down in the city. Keeping the residents happy and together will also build a stronger community for all. Providing a safe and public environment without threat of theft would go a long way to encourage community and deter crime.

We, the undersigned, hereby request that the Los Santos City Hall consider this petition for establishment of the new requested parking area(s).

((This petition is created as an effort to make some small changes in the city allowing players to fish without being ran off by PD, please take this serious and RP correctly ICly. If a NCZ zone can be setup in the back parking lot it would be a great help as well in order to resolve the problem of people not wanting to park their cars back there. The main reason people park their cars where they fish is so they can watch them without the fear of being chopped. That is the real resolution everyone would be looking for.
